Let’s start with Active Listings on the market in March 2023. There were 67 active listings on the market which is up from 32 in 2022.

In March, the average Days on Market was 90 Days. The median sales price was $441,000. In 2022 the median sales price was $390,000 with Days on the Market of 24.

Land Listings

Land Active Listings on the market in March 2023. There were 76 active listings on the market which is up from 42 in 2022.
