The end of the year is fast approaching, and many people are still looking to buy and sell property in Southern Teller County. As we move into the new year more properties will be coming on the market and buyers will continue to be shopping in the area. My goal is once a month post the stats for Southern Teller County housing market to keep you informed on what is moving and what is not.
Residential Listings
Let’s start with Active listings on the market in November 2021. There were 42 active listings on the market which is up 5 from 2020.
This November the average Days on Market was 16 Days. The median sales price was $362,500. This is up from 2020 where the median sales price was $292,000 with Days on the Market of 15.
In November 20 properties sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 100% chance of selling at listing price.
Land Listings
Land Active listings on the market in November 2021. There were 60 active listings on the market which is down 15 from 2020.
This average Days on Market was 75 Days. The median sales price was $30,000 Which is up from 2020 where the median sales price was $19,000 with Days on the Market of 66.
In November 17 properties sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 95.5% chance of selling at listing price.
