Interest rates are starting to affect the market here. As they slowly climb, we see the prices starting to drop. That is not slowing down the construction projects here in Cripple Creek. Growth is happening in the district which is a great sight.
Residential Listings:
Let’s start with Active listings on the market in May 2022. There were 43 active listings on the market which is up 3 from 2021.
This May the average Days on Market was 6 Days. The median sales price was $455,000. In 2021 the median sales price was $425,000 with Days on the Market of 16.
In May 14 properties sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 100% chance of selling at listing price.
Land Listings:
Land Active listings on the market in May 2022. There were 74 active listings on the market which is down 6 from 2021.
This average Days on Market was 12 Days. The median sales price was $32,750 Which is down from 2021 where the median sales price was $34,000 with Days on the Market of 5.
In May 16 properties sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 95.4% chance of selling at listing price.
