Monthly Real Estate Market Stats for Cripple Creek Victor
Summer has hit the district. We are enjoying afternoon rain showers, beautiful wildflowers and the local festivities that have been lacking for the past few years! Growth in the District is starting to really take off with large projects moving on at a pace not seen here since gold was first found! The need for housing is driving a lot of builders and investors to start looking for land to build on.
Residential Listings:
Let’s start with Active Listings on the market in June 2022. There were 60 active listings on the market which is up 35 from 2021.
In June, the average Days on Market was 14 Days. The median sales price was $363,300. In 2021, the median sales price was $392,500 with Days on Market of 10.
In June, 16 properties Sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 99.8% chance of selling at Listing Price.
Land Listings:
Land Active Listings on the market in June 2022. There were 79 active listings on the market which is down 8 from 2021.
This average Days on Market was 7 Days. The median sales price was $32,999 Which is up slightly from 2021 where the median sales price was $32,500 with Days on Market of 26.
June saw 13 properties Sold in the Cripple Creek Victor Area, with a 98% chance of selling at Listing Price.
