For an annual donation of $10, you’re able to enjoy fishing in the local ponds of Colorado Mountain Estates. While you may only catch and release any fish that is caught in the ponds of the community, that doesn’t mean you can’t find friendly competition between you and friends.

Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center (CWWC) is located fewer than 10 miles away. As one of the few sanctuaries certified by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, CWWC goes beyond educating the public about wolves and actively participates in survival programs by providing homes to Mexican gray wolves and swift foxes. Visitors are able to participate in tours throughout the sanctuary while learning how these creatures play a vital role in our ecosystem.

Pikes Peak Historical Museum educates visitors and guests on the early days of the Pikes Peak region. With opportunities to learn about the Ute Indians, mountain men, early pioneers, the railroad, and the Gold Rush, this free museum is the perfect place for families to learn a little bit of history about their home region.
